Velly Pizza is California’s premier pizzeria—a place where high quality freshly-made food and a friendly environment are combined to provide the best fast casual dining experience in the market segment. Our food consistently brings guests back, wanting more!

We opened our first store in June of 2024 with the aim to consistently create the best pizzas in town! We set out to do this by combining an original from-scratch dough recipe with high quality and unique sauces, marinated meats, fresh local produce and signature toppings. In this day & age, guests seek unique yet familiar flavors, and such is our success in resonating with people that we have grown to 8 open locations in less than a year, with an additional 10 locations coming in 2025!

Our rapid growth is due to the relative ease of operation of our concept, the high quality of our food, our friendly service and our welcoming & clean environment. Guests know when they come to Velly Pizza they will be geing a great product, fast! Further, each Velly Pizza is a part of its local community, with every one of our stores geing involved with various sports sponsorships, charitable causes and school Spirit Nights.

Velly Pizza has a simple mission: to set the gold standard for what a pizzeria should be. We are more than a pizza shop, we are the highlight of people’s work weeks, the go-to spot for families on weekends, an outlet for the best pizzas in California. To achieve this mission, we provide consistently fresh, high quality food in a clean, welcoming environment, coupled with excellent service.

An important part of our mission is being an active, contributing member of the community. Velly Pizza is oen where friends bump into one another on their way elsewhere, it is a place where sports teams come to celebrate, and where people come when they need something to feed the whole family!

A key foundation of being the best pizzeria around is maintaining the most desirable work environment possible. Our pizzas are made by people, not machines, and our operators value their team and ensure them opportunities for personal and professional growth.

THE MENU

Velly Pizza’s food philosophy is simple:

It is this motto that has differentiated us from our competitors, and our guests can recognize the dierence! Our menu is custom built to be executed at speed and at volume, with a wide array of options. We can cater to guests whose dietary requirements are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, and keto!

The broad, timeless appeal of our menu draws workers, families, sports
teams, retirees, kids and adults. Further, Velly Pizza’s corporate chefs are constantly developing new options, with a focus for what will taste great and be straightforward to produce.

Our menu also lends itself to catering, and can be scaled up for parties
of 10 or more with ease! We have fed entire hospitals, schools and office buildings with pizzas, wing trays and bundles of our breadsticks! Everything on the menu travels well in a to-go format, meaning “fresh” lasts longer!

Pizzas

Our entire pizza menu is fully customizable, meaning every guest can get exactly what they want, the way they want it! This enables us to essentially oer hundreds of dierent variations and options with just a few listed pizza items. We produce our dough in-house every day, which combines with our unique sauces & toppings to provide a flavorful experience that cannot be matched!

We proudly serve oven-baked wings, low in oil and high in flavor & protein! Coming in a variety of avors, our wings are unique recipes that are wildly popular with our guests! From traditional flavors such as Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan to bespoke offerings of Tandoori and Lemon Pepper!

Our breadsticks and gourmet pastas are great comfort foods all year long! We have several breadstick & pasta options, and unlike many other pizza concepts, these are not an afterthought but a star in their own right!

BECOMING A FRANCHISEE

MINIMUM FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS

Opening a Velly Pizza franchise requires investing your time, passion and finances. First time franchisees should have cash & assets exceeding $500,000.

Average estimated cost of opening a Velly Pizza: low of $280,500 to high of $739,500, which includes the franchise fee

FRANCHISE FEES AND ROYALITES

Franchise Fee: $25,000 for first restaurant

  • 5% royalties
  • 2% marketing fund
  • 10 Year Agreement

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous franchise or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
  • Business experience and/or meaningful leadership experience preferred
  • You must have knowledge of, and/or experience in, your trade area
  • Food service skill or prior business experience is not needed but a true willingness to learn is! Our standard training program is 6 weeks long, training 5 days a week.

We have seen our concept succeed because it is executed correctly, and consistently. Your willingness to learn and undergo training is the most important requirement listed here
